Our unique Author Coaching Program is entirely customizable, depending on the author's individual needs. Ideally, the Program would span one year, with the first eight months focused on the development and writing of a 60-80,000 word, non-fiction manuscript. These months would include an initial discovery meeting to evaluate the specific needs of the author, followed by an intensive session of planning, structure, goal setting, and outlining.
Once the plan is in place, deadlines are set, and monthly one-on-one sessions are scheduled for a progress review, feedback, the celebration of milestones, an opportunity to ask and answer questions, and address concerns. Throughout the Program, the author coach will be available for on-demand sound-boarding and be a resource for questions, decision-making, motivation and encouragement, and accountability through email and phone communication.
